Project Description
This former warehouse was converted to a home and art gallery. The previous recessed entry with its industrial steel doors was demolished and replaced with a new entry comprised of salvaged doors and windows, and new wood pilasters. The massive skylights and expansive white walls make the space ideal for showcasing the owner’s art collection.
The northwest corner of the building was severely cracked and sinking. We had the contractor shore up the wall, remove the corner, place a new footing and rebuild the brick wall.
