Project Description
This home just outside the 100-year flood plane in Ellicott City was in desperate need of an update to its interior and the surrounding landscape. The interior wood trim and doors were preserved and the existing dining room was converted to a modern kitchen with a generous island. The baths were updated with Carrera marble countertops and floors.
Full-size stone steps were quarried to replace the failing landscape stairs along the side of the house. The grass and planting areas were regraded and replanted.
