This planned 62-unit addition to an existing 73-unit apartment building in Federal Hill features a glass bridge with a fitness center that connects the old with the new. Below the building are two stories of underground parking.
The massing blends in with the residential scale of its surroundings while the bridge and concrete bulkhead design pays homage to the industrial nature of much of the building stock in South Baltimore. The Museum of Industry and Domino Sugar Factory are only a few blocks away.
